Welcome to Liberte Pilates Training Centre, a provider of detailed Pilates Instruction courses from our face to face studio in the heart of Norah Head, on the NSW Central Coast. This combined 50 hour certification will give you the qualifications of both Mat & Reformer Group Pilates instructor along with Pre/Postnatal knowledge and we will also facilitate your First Aid & CPR requirements. All you need to do afterwards is get your insurance and you’ll be ready to teach! 

Times have changed but many Pilates training modalities have not evolved to reflect these changes. Our training will provide you with specific information that is up to date, while still focussing on the traditional aspects of Pilates.

Specifically focussed on the knowledge and skills you need to be a great Group Class Teacher, delivering safe and effective group Mat & Reformer classes to all levels of experience and abilities, without risk of injury and with intention.

This course has been developed with over 20 years of practical teaching experience combined with the completion of hundreds of workshops and training courses through different Pilates methods. I’ve taken out the things that are not relevant and included all the things that are, to develop a course that is most specific to enabling you to become your best version of a Group Pilates Instructor.
